My jar broke in the box, what do I do?

That's a bummer... we hate hearing about broken jars! But, there is an easy solution: Take a picture of the broken jar This is a very important step! Contact us and let us know your jar broke: Contact Us ➞ We need the photo, the order #, and the name of the product We will send your a replacement jar! We will send off a new jar to your doorstep, on-the-house. "I didn't take a picture of the jar, but why does that matter?" This is the protocol we have to use for our shipping and fulfilment services to initiate a replacement or return. We don't need you to send the glass pieces back, just visual proof of the broken jar. :)
